On 16th December 2020, Colombia Regulator - the Colombian Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MINTIC) and the National Agency for the Spectrum (ANE) announced a public consultation on the use of the 6 GHz band, which includes the limits of 5925-7125 MHz bands.
1. Indoor use (Indoor) for low power devices, maximum EIRP 30 dBm.
2. Outdoor use (Outdoor) for very low power devices, maximum EIRP 14 dBm.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions to the MINTIC and ANE before January 18th, 2021.
