Over the past few years Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) published Decrees to simplify the factory inspection due to COVID-19, which allows this requirement (factory inspection) for approving Certificate of Conformity (CoC). The approval can be proceeded in remote (distant) way. EEC Decision No. 44 “Types of conformity assessment schemes" is the main regulation, which confirms such measure; however, it is still a temporary measure. Based on regulation, the distant factory inspection is accepted only until 10 January, so far there is no any new prolongation confirmed by EEC.
