Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) published Decree No. 11 (dated on 25th January, 2023); this Decree confirms the updated wordings in Decree No. 44 "Typical conformity assessment schemes"; this update mainly subjects to chapter "XIII. Replacing or issuing a duplicate certificate product conformity" and “XV. Replacement of the Declaration of Conformity” in Decree No. 44, please find below overview.
1. Chapter "XIII. Replacing or issuing a duplicate certificate product conformity" confirms the possibility of updating CoC without resending the samples and factory inspection, in the case of
1) typo in CoC
2) change of applicant's (local representative's) address, phone number, email
3) change of manufacturer/factory's name and address
4) change of EAEU HS code (ТН ВЭД)
2. Chapter “XV. Replacement of the Declaration of Conformity” confirms that Applicant may apply a new DoC (please note DoC can NOT be updated) based on provided test reports, in the case of
1) typo in DoC
2) change of applicant's (local representative's) address, phone number, email
3) change of manufacturer/factory's name address
4) change of EAEU HS code (ТН ВЭД)
5) expiration of original DoC
Decree No. 11 will come into force on 26th February of 2023.
