Following the MRT news was published on August 18th, 2023, the Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) in Brazil recently published the new Act 2921, titled “TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EVALUATING COMPLIANCE OF RADIO FREQUENCY REPEATER OF PERSONAL MOBILE SERVICE WITH 4G LTE AND 5G NR TECHNOLOGIES”.
The Act defines the new technical requirement for conformity assessment of personal mobile service radio frequency repeater with 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies. It has come into enforcement from its publication date.
