  • Test Engineer
    • Work place:Wuzhong District & Suzhou Industrial Park & Wujiang District, Suzhou
    • Work department:Laboratory

    Job Responsibilities:

     

    1. Under supervision, follow the test plan and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to operate designated equipment and complete basic test items.

    2. Accurately and promptly sign off on test records; organize and submit test data as required to ensure full traceability.

    3. Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance for assigned test equipment, and record equipment status.

    4. Report test progress, any basic anomalies identified, and data results to the mentor or test supervisor in a timely manner.

    5. Actively participate in training and learning on new test standards, operating procedures, and equipment usage.

    6. Other tasks assigned by management.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Full-time undergraduate or above.

    2. Work Experience: Not required.

    3. Major: Science/engineering-related major; A background in radio engineering or electronic information is a plus.

    4. Technical Knowledge & Skills:

    (1) Able to operate commonly used EMC test tools and instruments under guidance;

    (2) Preferred if candidates meet any of the following: internship or project experience in a third-party lab; familiarity with basic circuit debugging methods; or knowledge of EMC test standards (e.g., IEC 61000-4 series);

    (3) CET-4 or above, with strong English reading and writing skills; able to read English regulations independently.

    5. Competencies:

    (1) Strong communication skills and team spirit;

    (2) Calm and steady personality, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

  • Report Engineer
    • Work place:Wujiang, Suzhou
    • Work department:Reporting Department

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Prepare test reports based on test data, ensuring the content is accurate and error-free.

    2. Ensure test reports follow the lab’s standard format and meet the requirements of customers and certification bodies.

    3. Communicate with test engineers and project engineers to ensure the completeness and accuracy of report content.

    4. Maintain test report templates and update them as standards change.

    5. Other tasks assigned by management.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Full-time undergraduate or above.

    2. Experience: Not required; experience as a report clerk in a third-party testing/inspection organization is preferred.

    3. Major: Not required; a science/engineering background is preferred.

    4. Professional Knowledge & Skills:

    (1) Proficient in office and other productivity software, able to efficiently handle complex documents and data;

    (2) CET-6 or above, with solid overall English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

    5. Competency Requirements:

    (1) Highly responsible and meticulous, highly sensitive to data and text, able to quickly spot detail-level errors;

    (2) Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new standards, new software, and new processes;

    (3) Strong team communication and collaboration skills.

     

     

  • Sales Engineer
    • Work place:Wuzhong & Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) & Wujiang, Suzhou
    • Work department:Sales Department

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Independently manage day-to-day maintenance and relationship development for existing clients to improve customer satisfaction; proactively develop new clients to expand business coverage.

    2. Maintain and update client profiles; through regular visits, phone calls, or online communication, promptly capture order needs and feedback, and effectively drive issue resolution and order conversion.

    3. Execute the end-to-end sales process—from quotation and contract signing to project follow-up—ensuring smooth order progression, on-time delivery, and timely collection of payments.

    4. Lead negotiation and signing of sales contracts and follow up on projects, ensuring on-time delivery and successful payment collection.

    5. Own individual sales targets and proactively work to complete team-assigned sales goals.

    6. Other tasks assigned by management.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Full-time undergraduate or above.

    2. Work Experience: Not required; candidates with sales-related experience are preferred.

    3. Major: Not required;; science/engineering background is a plus.

    4. Technical Knowledge & Skills:

    (1) Strong communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer-service mindset;

    (2) Solid market awareness;

    (3) CET-4 or above; strong overall English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluent spoken English is preferred.

    5. Competency Requirements:

    (1) Proactive and self-motivated at work, responsible, willing to take on sales targets and pursue growth;

    (2) Outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    (3) Basic ability to handle pressure and learn quickly through hands-on practice.
