South Korea - KATS Issued Standard KC 62368-1
On August 27, 2021, the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) issued a formal announcement about the start of the implementation of the Electrical appliance safety standards KC 62368-1.
The main contents are as follows:
1. Issuing the standard KC 62368-1, which will take effect immediately.
2. Existing standards KC 60065, K 60950-1, and K 60950-22 still available and will be abolished on December 31, 2022.
