MIC Vietnam: Decision No.823/QD-BTTTT - Termination of Circular 18/2014/TT-BTTTT (regulation on import permit)

To be in compliance with Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP of Vietnam Government, on 31 - May - 2018 MIC Vietnam has issue Decision No.823/QD-BTTTT to terminate Circular 18/2014/TT-BTTTT - Regulation on import permit of Radio devices.

It means import-permit for radio device has been terminated. In the near future, MIC shall release official Circular supplement and amendment to Circular 30/2011/TT-BTTTT soon to change the import control method for both radio products and ITE. Pursuant to the draft version of Circular 30/2011/TT-BTTTT, Declaration of Conformity certificate will be required for customs clearance.
