Taiwan NCC Official Announce The Amendment For Wi-Fi 6 GHz
On Feb 6, 2024, the National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan officially released the amendment on section 5 of "Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment Technical Specifications", to allocate part of the 6GHz frequency band (5.945 GHz ~6.425) in accordance with the European Union standard (ETSI EN 303 687) for unlicensed use of low-power radio frequency equipment.
In addition to standardizing the operating technical conditions for 6GHz, the amendment also establish the following power limits:
