Brazil ANATEL Establishes Cyber Security Requirement On CPE Equipment
Recently, he Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) in Brazil published the new Act No. 2436 to establish the mandatory requirements of cyber security, which related to passwords strength and data authorization etc., for conformity assessment of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) devices.
This new Act will come into force on March 10th, 2024.
