Indonesia Released The Standard For Ethernet Network Communication Equipment

Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics of Indonesia published Decree No. 60 of 2022, which came into force from August 1, 2022. The Decree introduces technical standards for Ethernet network communication equipment. The product has two or more Ethernet type interfaces in accordance with the IEEE 802.3 standard and connects with two or more devices in the network – then the product subjects to this Decree. Tests of EMC and Safety, Declaration letter of IEEE 802.3 standard are required for such products.
