Malaysia Has Opened LTE Band 20
On 7th January 2021, the Malaysia Regulator - Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) announced that 3GPP B20 (800MHz) is now open for use in Malaysia.
The products operating in the frequency band of 839 MHz to 844 MHz and 798 MHz to 803 MHz must comply with ETSI EN 301 908-13. Applicants need to submit the ETSI EN 301 908-13 test report for new approvals.
