Argentina ENACOM Updates Broadband and FHSS Systems Test Protocols

Recently, Argentina Regulator- the Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) has released the following two updated test protocol versions:
1.FHSS Systems Protocol V20.1
2.Broadband Systems Protocol V20.1
These test protocols cover the following frequency bands:
902-928MHz
2400-2483.5MHz
5150-5250MHz
5250-5350MHz
5470-5600MHz
5650-5725MHz
5725-5850MHz
The most significant change is that both the minimum and maximum bandwidth will be measured by the local test labs for each frequency band (previously only the maximum bandwidth was measured during local testing). Starting from December 1st, 2020, all products must be tested in accordance with the updated test protocol versions to gain ENACOM approval. Renewal applications will not be impacted, as previous test reports will continue to be accepted for renewals.
