The Impact of the COVID Virus on Projects' Lead Time

As you may hear, now COVID Virus spread fast and has influenced the global, so some Governments have recently taken more strict social measurements to avoid viruses spread, including closure of schools, and recommendation for remote work on companies. 
Below are the present situation of Approval Authorities in some countries.
Malaysia SIRIM, Philippine NTC, Peru MTC, Panama ASEP, Paraguay CONATEL, Venezuela CONATEL, Colombia CRC have been shut down currently.
Indonesia SDPPI has closed the local test labs and they only accept paperwork process to issue the certificates currently.
Countries Like Kuwait, CITRA staff are working from home. And next month is the Ramadan in the Mid-East countries.
Argentina ENACOM and rest of Latin America Authorities may will start to work form home.
Other approval authorities are still reviewing the situation and will make the decisions according the situation.
Please note that such condition will influence the lead time of International Approval projects as well as on the reception of international shipping.
