Belarus EAC Certificate Needs to Include Local Importer Information

In accordance with Decision No.: 10 issued by the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, The following new requirements are proposed for EAC certificate:

- The manufacturer, whether foreign or domestic;

- Local representative authorized by manufacturer, which is an importer.

In case the applicant is foreign manufacturer and does not yet have an importer at the time of application, the importer information needs to be included to EAC certificate before the product is imported to Belarus.

For other EAEU members, no change to EAC certificates, only local company can be the applicant.
