Brazil ANATEL Authorize the Use of 802.11be Nomenclature

The Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) in Brazil has officially authorized the use of 802.11be designation, allowing devices with WiFi 7 technology to list this designation on their Certificate of Conformity.

Previously, ANATEL permitted WIFI 7 product testing but restricted manufacturers from using "WIFI 7" or "802.11be" in certification documents. Instead, technical terms like "OFDMA 320MHz" were required. Now, manufacturers can clearly specify 802.11be, aligning with Brazilian regulations and the requirements already established for WiFi 6E.
