Mexico Postpones New IFT Seal Requirement to 2027
Following the MRT news issued on November 11, 2024, the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) has officially released an agreement confirming a two-year postponement of the new IFT Seal requirement.
Originally scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2025, the implementation of the new IFT Seal has now been postponed to July 1, 2027.
