Vietnam MOST Postpone Enforcement Date of CR Approval for LED Lights
Vietnam MOST has released Decision No. 1383/QD-BKHCN dated May 22, 2020 to amend few points of QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN and postpone enforcement date of CR approval for LED lights. Details as below:
1. Enforcement date for Safety & EMI: June 01, 2020 → Jan 01, 2021
2. Enforcement date for all requirements of QCVN 19:2019/BKHCN (Safety, EMI, EMS, Photo biological safety): June 01, 2021 → Jan 01, 2022
3. Amend few point regarding referenced regulations on designated test laboratories.
