Serbia RATEL Releases New Regulation On Radio Equipment

The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) in Serbia has issued a new regulation ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 24/2024) on Radio Equipment, scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2024. Here are the key points to note:
1. Certificates of Conformity (CoC) for Radio Equipment issued after June 1, 2024, will be valid for five years.
2. Starting December 31, 2026, the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for Radio Equipment will no longer be mandatory; instead, the CE Mark will be sufficient.
