Colombia CRC Updates The New Technical Standards On MTE Devices
Recently, the Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones (CRC) in Colombia published new technical standards, titled Circular 155 of 2024, to establish conformity for the approval of Mobile Terminal Equipment (MTE), fixed phones, and satellite phones.
The new standard came into effect upon publication and revokes the existing standard, Circular 132 of 2020.
