Belarus Officially Implements The Changes Outlined In TR 2018/024/BY

Starting from February 17, 2024, Belarus's revised technical regulation TR 2018/024/BY for Telecommunication Facilities comes into full effect. These revisions included clarification of exemptions and update of product lists under Declaration of Conformity and Certification of Conformity. Please note that while 5G NR product has been included in the scope, but requirements for 5G NR will be applicable only after the official allocation 5G NR in Belarus. The detailed changes are outlined in Resolution No. 532 dated August 14, 2023.
