Weekly Updates From India's TEC For MTCTE Certification

In a recent update during the week of January 22, 2024, India TEC (Telecommunication Engineering Centre) has announced the removal (de-notification) of the Hybrid Set Top Box from the MTCTE scope. Another TEC notification addresses the documentation and exemptions required for specific parameters of the 'PON Family of Broadband Equipment' under MTCTE, with detailed requirements available through contact with the MRT team. Additionally, TEC has released MTCTE User Instructions V 3.0, offering comprehensive guidance on using the MTCTE portal.
