Argentina - ENACOM Published Resolution 1248/2021

On 1st September 2021, the national communication agency in Argentina - ENACOM published Resolution 1248/2021 to officially assign INTI National Lab as an Accredited Test Laboratory for the following RF Testing Standards:
1. Technical standard ENACOM-Q2-60.15 V19.1(Medical Devices);
2. Technical standard ENACOM-Q2-61.03 V17.1(User Terminal for Mobile Communications Services);
3. Technical standard ENACOM-Q2-61.04 V17.1(Radio Base Transceivers of Mobile Communications Transceivers).
This Resolution has terminated the use of the Declaration of Conformity after March 2022, and it has enforced local testing of Medical Device and Radio Base Transceivers of Mobile Communications Transceivers. However, for Mobile User Terminals, local testing will only be required if there is no international certification such as FCC/ANATEL/IFT/CE.
This resolution will come into effect on 1st March 2022.
