Brazil ANATEL releases Public Consultations No. 35, 37 and 38

On July 2021, the RF regulatory of Brazil - Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) has released 3 new public consultations.
Public Consultation No. 35 - issued on 19th July 2021, proposal for an Act to define the technical and operational requirements for the use of the 1427 MHz to 1517 MHz band for use by stations of Personal Mobile Service (SMP), Switched Fixed Telephone Service (STFC), Multimedia Communication Service (SCM), and Private Limited Service (SLP).
Public Consultation No. 37 - issued on 27th July 2021, with the view to update requirements on the evaluation of technical conformity of Cellular Mobile Telephone with the goal of:
(1) Including test parameters for 5G equipment operating in millimeter waves ( Frequency Range : 24.25-52.6 GHz);
(2) Updating normative references to the requirements for version 16.6.0 of the 3GPP release 16;
(3) Implementing measures that guarantee the enjoyment of sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency (FM) in Personal Mobile Service (SMP) access terminals.
Public Consultation No. 38 - issued on 27th July 2021, with the view to update requirements on the evaluation of technical conformity of the Access Terminal Station (ETA).
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions to ANATEL before 25th September 2021.
