Colombia ANE Opens Public Consultation to Update NFAT

On 23rd June 2021, regulator in Colombia - the Agencia Nacional del Espectro (ANE) has opened a public consultation regarding the Draft Resolution “By which Resolution 105 of 2020 is modified and the National Frequency Allocation Table (CNABF)”.
This Draft Resolution proposes to increase unlicensed spectrum by adding the 169 MHz frequency band for the implementation of wireless telemetry and remote-control communications.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions to ANE before 15th July 2021.
