Ivory Coast AIGF Authorizes Use of 76 - 77 GHz Band in Vehicle Anti-Collision Radar

On 7th June 2021, the Ivorian Agency for frequency and spectrum management (AIGF) have issued a circular permitting the use of the 76-77GHz band for radar equipment in Ivory Coast.
This change came into effect on 8th June 2021. As such, the regulator Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC of the Ivory Coast (ARTCI) will now issue approval for vehicle anti-collision radar devices operating in the 76-77 GHz frequency band.
