Mexico IFT Accredits ANCE for SAR Certification

The Mexican RF Regulator - Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) has accredited the first certification body, Asociación de Normalización y Certificación (ANCE), to issue certificates of conformity for the technical standard DT-IFT-012.
IFT applications for the homologation of products under the scope of DT-IFT-012 will require SAR CoCs starting May 19, 2021.  Because there is only one accredited certification body and test Lab, there would be delays with the IFT process for products requiring SAR certification.
