Singapore IMDA Launches Public Consultation On Short Range Devices

On 18th May 2021, the RF regulatory of Singapore - Infocomm Media Development Authority(IMDA) has issued Draft Technical Specifications for Short Range Devices (IMDA Issue 1, Revision 2, June 2021) for public comment.
This revision updates the existing Technical Specifications for Short Range Devices (TS SRD) with the following changes:
1.Keeping up with the latest developments in international standards
2.Addition of a sub-section on equipment safety testing
3.Addition of an assessment conformance checklist
4.Revision to Table 1: Technical Requirements for Short Range Devices (SRD)
5.Re-ordering of frequency bands in ascending order
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions to IMDA through the following link before 1st June 2021:
