UAE Regulatory Authority New Name - TDRA

On 12th April 2021, the RF regulator of UAE - Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced its new brand identity and will now be referred to as the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
All future type approval approvals will be handled by TDRA. At the same time, all certificates previously issued by TRA will remain valid during their validity period. There is no immediate impact on the Type Approval procedure or labeling requirements in UAE.
