ANATEL Released the Public Consultation nº82/2020
On 11th December, the Brazil Regulator - ANATEL released the Public consultation n.º 82/2020 in order to update the Act 14448 (Technical Requirements For Assessing Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Equipment) to include the testing and limits for the 5925-7125 MHz range. This update will allow manufacturers to approve devices with WIFI 6E technology in Brazil.
The public consulting will expire on Jan 24th next year.
