Brazil ANATEL Opens Public Consultation On Market Supervision Procedures

The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) of Brazil has recently released public consultation Nº28. The main content of this consultation is to establish the operational procedures of the Market Supervision Program, which will be conducted by the Certification Body Designated by ANATEL (OCD) in the future. This is to ensure that products approved by ANATEL and available on the market comply with the technical requirements.
All parties concerned can submit comments and suggestions before July 25, 2024.
