Vietnam Issued Circular on Radio Frequency Channel Allocation for 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz Bands

Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Circular 02/2025/TT-BKHCN, titled "Radio Frequency Channel Allocation Planning for Fixed Services in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz Bands." This regulation governs the allocation of radio frequency channels in these specific bands for fixed services, aiming to optimize high-speed, point-to-point communication systems, including telecommunication backhaul and microwave networks.

The Circular applies to organizations and individuals involved in the management, use, or production of radio frequency equipment within Vietnam. It will come into effect on May 15, 2025.
