Serbia Announced Amendments to Radio Frequency Allocation Plan

On April 12, 2025, the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications (RATEL) of Serbia implemented amendments to the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan. This update optimizes the management and use of radio frequencies for various communication services, in alignment with international regulations.

The Regulation on Amendments to the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan was published in the Official Gazette of Serbia (No. 31, April 11, 2025), and took effect on April 12, 2025. The updated plan specifies the allocation of frequency bands for radio communication services, ensuring compliance with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) regulations and European Union standards.
