Mauritania ARE Issued Decision on Low Power and Short-Range Devices

On October 22, 2025, the Autorité de Régulation (ARE) of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania issued Decision No. 100/2025/ARE/CNR, outlining the National Regulatory Council’s decision regarding emission thresholds, operating ranges, and frequency bands used by low-power and short-range devices.

This decision took effect on the date of its signature (October 1, 2025) and will remain valid until next amendments are made by future World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC).
