ANRCETI Rebrands as ARCOM Starting January 2026

On January 1, 2026, Moldova’s communications regulator officially rebranded from ANRCETI to ARCOM (the National Agency for Communications Regulation).

This change is based on “Electronic Communications Law No. 72/2025”. ARCOM will continue to operate within the same scope as ANRCETI; while the agency’s digital presence and branding will be updated gradually, all previous legal obligations and regulatory functions remain fully in effect.
