Saudi Arabia - CITC Announces Wi-Fi 6E Network Launch

On 1st April 2021, the RF regulator of Saudi Arabia - Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has announced the launch of the Wi-Fi 6E network in the full 6GHz frequency band.
CITC has not yet released the final technical specifications for the 6 GHz frequency band, but the information about this frequency band was mentioned in the previous public consultation:
(1) Frequency range: 5.925 - 7.125 GHz;
(2) Max Output Power: 1W EIRP (max mean power).
Saudi Arabia is expected to become the first country in Europe, Africa and Middle East to make the full 6 GHz frequency band available for Wi-Fi use.
