Exemption Letter (Letter of No Action) Issued by VNTA to Oversea Manufacturer for the First Time

On August 11, 2020, theVNTA has issued an Exemption Letter (Letter of No Action or LoNA) to a clientwhich is a Korean manufacturer. This is the first time VNTA issue an suchcertificate-like document to an oversea manufacturer and it is considered to bea significant step of the VNTA in interacting with oversea manufacturers andoversea organizations who is related to exporting radio and ITE products toVietnam.
