PTS Holds Meeting on 10 June on Rules for Auctions of 3.5 GHz and 2.3 GHz Spectrum
Swedish communications regulator PTS said it will hold a meeting on 10 June to provide information about rules for the auctions of spectrum in the 3.5 GHz and 2.3 GHz bands. Allocation is due in the first quarter of 2020.
The 3.5 GHz band covers spectrum from 3.4 GHz to 3.8 GHz and is suitable for mobile broadband and 5G. It is currently used for municipal.
