Serbia RATEL Publishes Notification for 880 - 915 / 925 - 960 MHz and 1710 - 1785 / 1805 - 1880 MHz

The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) of Serbia has published notification, introducing two new rulebooks, which came into effect on July 27, 2024, please find below detailed information.

1.    "Rulebook on the Determination of the Frequency Allocation Plan in the 880 - 915 / 925 - 960 MHz Frequency Bands" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 61/24 dated July 19, 2024)

This rulebook establishes the frequency allocation plan for Mobile/Fixed Communications Networks (MFCN) to provide public electronic communication services in the 880 - 915 / 925 - 960 MHz bands across the territory of Serbia.

2.    "Rulebook on the Determination of the Frequency Allocation Plan in the 1710 - 1785 / 1805 - 1880 MHz Frequency Bands" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 61/24 dated July 19, 2024)

This rulebook sets the frequency allocation plan for MFCN services within the 1710 - 1785 / 1805 - 1880 MHz bands in Serbia.
