Indonesia Releases New DoC Format for Certification Applications

On July 15, 2025, Indonesia’s Directorate of Digital Infrastructure Services (DJID) issued Circular Letter No. 03 of 2025, announcing changes to the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) format for telecommunication equipment and devices.

Starting August 1, 2025, with a 30-day grace period, all certification applications must use the new DoC format. Applications using the old format after August 31, 2025, will not be accepted.

Please note that the DoC is a key document in the DJID certification process and must be signed and stamped by the applicant (local importer).
