Moldova Establishes Tender Commission for Key Radio Spectrum

The National Agency for Regulation in Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) of Moldova has established a specific Tender Commission to issue licenses for key radio frequency bands (700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2600 MHz, 3600 MHz, and 26 GHz).

These frequencies will support the provision of terrestrial mobile/fixed public electronic communications networks and publicly accessible mobile/fixed electronic communications services.

The Commission was approved on October 27, 2025, and held its first meeting on November 10, 2025, to begin evaluating candidate files for the spectrum allocation.
