Following MRT IA news dated on 10 November, 2025, on December 1, 2025, the Radio Research Agency (RRA) of Korea published the guidelines regarding the application of conformity assessment for USB Type-C receptacle connectors to outline the mandatory application of conformity assessment for USB Type-C connectors.

The Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) has recently launched an online search system for Certified Importers and Type-Approved Equipment. The introduction of this system enables users, businesses, and other stakeholders to conveniently access information on compliant importers and the type-approval status of various telecommunications equipment through the TRC official website. This enhancement further ensures regulatory compliance and promotes the safe use of telecommunications devices in the Cambodian market.

Following the release of GB 26572-2025 ‘’Requirements on the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products’’ in August this year, and in order to ensure the orderly implementation of conformity assessment for the restriction of hazardous substances, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China issued an announcement on November 18, 2025, further clarifying the relevant requirements.
